THE FINAL THOUGHTS
As i finished up my last entry for this article, i read it over and felt there was still so much to say and cover. So, i offer my final thoughts on these issues. The first issue i would like to bring to light is being a Canadian, or Canadian Aboriginal. Nobody from what i can gather so far besides a few small pockets of people, have ever really truly looked at it straight on. The implications that come from agreeing to being Canadian. How many actually read the citizenship act ? In there it’s says the following :
SCHEDULE(Section 24)OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF CITIZENSHIP
I swear (or affirm) that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of Canada and fulfil my duties as a Canadian citizen.

This is or i assume the same oath one would swear when in office as a band council member. If your agreeing to be a Canadian, any treaty right
you think you once had, are now gone. Back in the 1600-1700 was Canada even around? Was it not the Kings/Queen representatives who signed on behalf of them? Was a Prime Minister of Canada there ? Canadians were not there during theses times and if they were please anyone, post up the link or info for all to see, i more than welcome it. Now, seeing Canadians did not sign a treaty with our nations, seeing only nation to nation can sign a treaty. Where does that leave us?(Canada is a company/corporation btw, i mentioned this in first article) Why is this so important to bring up and what does it have to do with Idle No more ?
Well, glad that was asked, as passionate folks of this movement, there is a demand for treaty rights to be respected and not stomped on, correct ? Can you truly have treaty rights if your standing there holding Canadian Government Property ? Birth Certificate, Drivers License, Health Card etc..etc.. If you read that Oath your in agreement(contract) by your conduct of holding it, did you not step off the Canoe into their citizen-SHIP?

As well, the word Register means to abandon, to give up, offer to the king (Regis latin). So, when you register your child, it is considered an abandonment by the mom and dad, why else would they call the Government the House of Commons? Its where they take abandon children, the Queen is called the Queen mom for a reason, she has millions of abandon children to take care. Why else would they pay you a monthly allowance to take care of her property. That is why if you do not treat her children right, or spank or abuse them, Children’s Aid Society is able to come in an take them way. You abandon them, they are no longer your property. The key here is, the property they really claim is the Birth Certificate, not the actual physical child. IMPORTANT separation. Btw, i did hear of a story where a woman who had her 3 children taken way and one was brought back, that was because she didn’t register that child, something to think about,Back to citizen-ship.
Sure, you might think, i am both ? There is teachings among most nations that speak of having a dual mind, or two minds, this isn’t looked upon as being a good thing. I’m quite sure it was frowned upon and the teaching was there for a strict reason. As i mentioned in the last article, contract law is key here. What contract have you entered into by agreeing to hold and use Canadian Property ? Especially, when your benefiting from this contract, that makes it BINDING -The words to bind or binding, are also used to signify that a thing is subject to an obligation, engagement or liability; as, the judgment binds such an estate.
Many are unaware in the Indian Act you are considered a person. Here is a cut and past job from the Indian Act itself :

There are so many words to be looked at carefully but we shall stick to person at the moment and maybe going a little into Indian. What is a person in law ? Person – Law) a human being or a corporation recognized in law as having certain rights and obligations, PERSON, n. per’sn. [L. persona; said to be compounded of per, through or by, and sonus, sound; a Latin word signifying primarily a mask used by actors on, n law, an artificial person, is a corporation or body politic.
Do you really think you wanna be a person ? The face mask is there to protect you as a corporation is there to take the hits, that you normally would have taken. I mean its like an umbrella during a heavy rain. Keep that separation in your mind, you have a person, your not one. Its like you cruise around in a car but it does not make you the car, does it ? The same idea goes with a person. I mentioned this to a judge in court that, i use my person in Canada, she agreed and said nothing to argue or rebut or correct my statement. I said, im of the Cayuga Nation and i am known as xxxxxxxxx (the name i have in my language), i told her that is who i am. Who in the dictionary means -what or which person or people. So, who doesn’t mean give your name, they are asking what are you. Anyways back to person, just know you can’t be a word, a name is a word, a word is a speech sound, stop agreeing your a speech sound, they feed off the ignorance.
This is how your person is supposed to function for you. Its nothing more than a tool for dealing in commerce. Keep in mind there is a clear difference with Commerce and barter, commerce is doing business on water and barter is doing business on land. Now that we got that sorta cleared up, lets jump back into why i have brought you into this world. This is part of the game, admiralty law, contract law, everything is a contact in life. Everyone who is in jail, volunteered by contracting their way in (keep in mind your not the name, oops speech sound). Have you ever heard the saying ” All is fair in love and war”?The game runs on this motto for the most part. This is the biggest key to establishing your own contracts and authority of yourself.

At some point you might start considering the possibility of being that name so you can get out, signing whatever you need to sign, getting back to your life and family. This is their tactic to scare you, so you will contract yourself into their jails and courts. Taking the Picture, taking finger prints and you did it voluntarily because nobody held your face still for the camera, they may have grabbed your hand to finger print you but most are mute during these actions. Not many from what i can gather, besides myself, says anything or questions them or gives them terms and stipulations for taking your personal property. Yes, your body and name is personal property, let them tell you its theirs, that would be classic. The person is theirs technically, they created it, we just use it.
Why is this important one might ask, as they get to this point ? I brought you through all of that as a way to create a foundation. This firm foundation is for all those IDLE NO MORE folks who are there for the fight, in the trenches standing up strong for our lands. Those are the ones who are getting arrested and thrown into these situations i mentioned up above. If they utilize this
information and dig a bit deeper , they will soon realize the power of orally contracting. Only challenge for most and for me in the beginning, was writing one or making a memorandum of one, after the fact. So, orally telling an officer, if you wish to take my picture it’s, say, $50,000.00 and each finger print taken is $10,000.00. There are many who would say that is complete hogwash, right ?My question back would be WHY ? Under what authority do you tell me what i should charge or determine the price of my personal property ? If you do not like my prices i set for my personal belongings, go else where. Do you negotiate with Starbucks because your a few dollars short ? or if the high price restaurant charges 100 dollars a dish, do you tell them, they are charging to much or do you pay it if you ate there ? You see, its all about contracting, if i determine my worth to be XXXX amount, either one, agree to my terms or walk away, it really is that simple.
Most would be outraged that you would even think of charging such prices to an officer for doing their job. If their job is interfering with my personal life, well now i need to let them know the cost of interfering with my time and my life. It is only fair is it not ?If i have no right to contract, would this not be a dictatorship? If it is not, i can assume i can contract for whatever i wish. No one tells me what coat i should buy or what price i should paid for my plane ticket that may have been to pricey. Anyways back to IDLE NO MORE, the point here is, if we are all free, RCMP or any Police military unit cannot just kidnap people from the streets freely without just compensation for pain, suffering and undue stress. Like really, how does an ACT take away your rights? Did we forget, you only have privileges as a Canadian. As a beneficiary you are only owed those privileges, think about it as a parent child relationship. The child lives in your home under your rules
This isn’t some military state where you can just grab anyone and beat them down and there is no repercussions of any kind, sorry doesn’t work that way no more. I will lien up your house, car and salary until i am satisfied that i been compensated fully. Any physical damage done by them, is just cause for a full lien on their property, to them personally. They do have a indemnification bond but they will not give you that information, nor will any of the supervisors or owners of these companies, ( yes Police are a run for profit business) offer up any information at all, its locked up and tight. If they did give it up, you would be able to go make a claim on this bond and be paid. It’s the equivalent of car insurance. By blocking or avoiding giving this information out is a crime by their own laws, its securities fraud or something to that affect. Like, if you didn’t give your car insurance after an accident.I feel i have covered quite a bit already, i need to get back into why our nations need to get back into our Canoe and step off the citizen-ship. If we truly wanna make a big impact and change on these lands, we as a nation better step our game up and bring our A game. Issue our own ID, create our own set of laws that our citizens agree to follow and be under.
Our own Law courts with judges and sheriffs/bailiffs, our own hospitals, ambulance, our own 911 so we can request our ambulances to come. Our own superstores, farmer’s markets, our own land registry, offspring recording, family trees etc..etc..our own central bank that issues bank notes from our nations fully with banks all over and ATM’s that are full of our currency. The currency exchange companies, the amount self government items are endless. As far as our imagination can take us, we as a nation can do it, no Foreign Government can step in and tell us what to do with our nation and resources, but as a Canadian/American you best bet they will always step in, because its assumed your their property.I am going to end off with a few more points for you to walk away with and do some research of you own. i have spent many hours, many many hours, reading and researching and compiling book after book to bring you as much of the information as i can without you needing to go through what i went through an
d breaking it all down and making sense of it. The main item is Indian, i have never been one, i don’t really know any true Indians at all. I know a few who have been fooled into being one, i know quite a bit who play one to get the benefits of one. These words are made for a very specific reason, please don’t take it lightly and shrug off this point. So in other words it means not original. Not original, not original, How can anyone with any common sense now wish to be considered an Aboriginal Canadian ? Is that not the most ignorant label anyone could accept? I bring your attention to the word –IN, in- (1) prefix meaning “not, opposite of, without” (also im-, il-, ir- by assimilation of -n- with following consonant), from Latin in- “not,” cognate with Greek an-, Old English un-, from PIE *ne “not” (see un- (1)).

Not sure how many actually thought were they actually looking for India? No one from what i gathered besides the people i already brought this question up to, was India even called India in 1492 ? Well after much research and some conversation with actual folks from that area of land, it comes as no surprise that is was not called India at that time. From what i found, India was not called India until the 1700’s. How many times will our nations just bend over and take whatever crap that is handed over.
At what point do we think about things more clearly ? Aboriginal, Indian, First Nations, all these terms are made up and should not barrel us all in together. We are, who we are, by our own language and words in our language. We are getting near the end of this article, i would just like to leave you with those final thoughts on words. There is alot more to cover but i feel this has gone on long enough. I find there is so much to write that, i could go on and on. A book might be the best solution for that. Idle No More, if we are to bring this movement to the next level, i would say understanding and a true education is key to this movement picking up some real steam. I say, we are all native, we are all native to somewhere, so lets stand together like so and be the strongest unit this Government has yet to witness.
